My research

I am a Ph.D. student working on integrating artificial intelligence into education through a human-centered approach. My work focuses on how AI can offer personalized learning paths for acquiring manual skills in structured environments like school labs, industrial assembly lines, and clinical procedures.

My primary goal is to gather and synthesize diverse information sources, such as individual student data, process workflows, study materials, and contextual factors like environmental conditions and tool usage. By integrating this information, I aim to provide detailed feedback and real-time guidance tailored to each student's specific needs.

I explore different levels of guidance based on domain-specific constraints such as time limits, procedural steps, spatial orientations, and movement patterns. By combining this technical approach with pedagogical theories, I want to ensure that AI integration supports effective learning. I prioritize transparency, user control, and agency within the educational process, empowering students and other stakeholders to shape their own learning experiences.
